Prints & Posters

Our prints and posters are printed on professional and high-quality 230gsm and 280gsm matte archival paper. The paper we use has a premium matte surface and is age resistant.

Yes, in general, our prints and posters come with a thin white border. For some prints, the white borders may be larger and come as part of the design.

Our prints cannot be ordered in a custom size. We review custom designs on a case by case basis. However, we cannot guarantee that we can create or provide a custom design based on your request. Also, please note that if we agree to create a custom design this will include additional costs.

Payments

We accept payment through debit or credit cards. You can also use your PayPal to pay for your items. You can choose Visa, Mastercard or PayPal to complete your payment at check out.

Orders & Delivery

A5 and A4-sized prints will arrive flat in cardboard packaging. Our A3-sized prints will arrive rolled in a secured tube packaging. If you order both A5/A4 and A3 prints you will receive two separate packages.

We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our office located in the United Kingdom.

Delivery is normally within 3-7 business days from the order date. We aim to dispatch your order within one day of your order being placed. However, please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to high volume of orders or delay from our courier.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international and EU order may take up to 10 – 15 working days from the date you placed the order.

Home With Akua is not responsible for any custom-related charges in your country.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@homewithakua.co.uk. However, do note that we can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough time to cancel your order as your parcel may already be out for shipping/delivery.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you have not received a confirmation shortly after submitting your order, there may be an issue with your transaction. Contact us, so that we can get this sorted for you!

If you placed an order but didn’t receive an order confirmation, it’s possible that the confirmation has ended up in your spam or that your email address was entered incorrectly.

Delivery/Shipping & Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return please email us at contact@homewithakua.co.uk.

If you believe your item to be faulty or if your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours so that we are able to arrange a replacement or refund.

Only full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and unfortunately we can’t process a refund unless we have received the item.

When returning your items, please make sure that they are sufficiently wrapped and protected. Unfortunately, we can not refund the cost price for any items that are returned to us damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 10 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.
